Withdrawal of Order
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For any products deemed defective, Ani Biome will replace or refund the full amount of order.
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have following the return process mentioned above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
You have the option to cancel or return your Ani Biome order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Clients who have subscribed to the monthly plan have the flexibility to cancel their subscription before the start of a new month. This allows them to discontinue their subscription without any further charges.
Clients who have subscribed to the 3-month or 12-month plan are committed to the agreed duration. They can only cancel their subscription after the completion of the respective 3-month or 12-month period. It is important to note that cancellation requests for these plans will not be processed until the required duration has passed.
